Pizza Capers began in 2009 when two Australian pizza enthusiasts, Sarah and Michael, returned from a culinary tour of Italy with a dream: to bring authentic, artisanal pizza to Australia while incorporating unique Australian flavors and ingredients.
Starting with a single location in Brisbane, Pizza Capers quickly gained a reputation for exceptional quality and innovative recipes. Unlike standard chain pizzerias, we committed to using only the freshest local ingredients, hand-stretched dough made fresh daily, and traditional cooking techniques.
Today, Pizza Capers has grown to over 50 locations across Australia, but our commitment to quality and authenticity remains unchanged. Each Pizza Capers restaurant maintains the same standards of excellence that Sarah and Michael established from day one.
